GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The administrator of personal data is FPD Spółka z o.o. NIP: 657-28-37-794
REGON: 260335667 KRS: 0000339502 Registration court: District Court in Kielce, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The protection of personal data of entities interested in the services provided by the Operator (hereinafter referred to as "Users") is carried out by the Operator in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers. - The Operator respects the privacy of Users visiting the website https://www.fpd.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal"). Like most publishers of websites, the Operator collects the IP addresses of the computers of Users visiting the Portal and the necessary information about its use, however, this data is used only for technical and administrative purposes (with the exception of the User's geolocation service). The operator does not try to identify Users. It is used, among others secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
- Personal data provided in the form on the landing page of the Portal are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR
- The Operator is the administrator of Users' personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"). This means that if the User uses the services provided via the Portal, the Service Provider may process the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, correspondence address, e-mail address, IP address.
- Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data;
- in accordance with the personal data security policy implemented by the Operator;
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend the Agreement or terminate it, and to properly implement the services provided electronically in a manner consistent with the Regulations;
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject
- Each data subject (if the Operator is their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

- The Operator reserves the right to process Personal Data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Operator to retain data.
- The Operator has the right to share Personal Data and other data thereof with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
- Removal of Personal Data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
- The Operator does not disclose Personal Data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law, subject to paragraph 13.
- The operator uses web analysis systems that can be used to create User profiles. Except for reasons justified by marketing reasons and the User's consent, the User's profile will not be marked with his name and surname or any other term that could allow his direct identification. Web analysis systems use cookies in their processes.
- The Dog Data collected by the Operator will be processed only for the purpose for which they were provided, in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by the User and on the basis and within the limits of the law. The User has the right to access their personal data and correct them, as well as the right to submit a written request to stop processing Personal Data.
- Correction of Personal Data may be made by contacting the User with the Portal's staff, both by traditional mail and by e-mail.
- The operator has implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and has introduced access control, thanks to which it minimizes the effects of a possible breach of data security.
- Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by the Operator or a processor with whom it closely cooperates. Belong to them:
- accounting offices;
- law firms;
- operators of electronic payment systems;
- entities that perform marketing services on our behalf and personalize contacts with Users at the request of the Operator.

„COOKIES”
- The website uses cookies. These are small text files, sent and stored on a computer, smartphone or other devices, which are used on websites primarily for the convenience of users, including to best adapt the content and functions of the website to their needs and expectations. and also for statistical purposes. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites, including the Portal.
- The information collected by the Operator using cookies relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
- The collected data is used to monitor and check how Users use the Portal to improve its functioning and ensure more effective and problem-free navigation. Monitoring of information about Users is carried out by the Operator using the Google Analytics tool, which records the User's behavior on the Portal.
- The Service Provider uses the following cookies on the Portal:
- "Necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Portal, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Portal;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the Portal;
- "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Portal;
- "Functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the user and personalization of the user interface, eg in terms of the selected language or region from which the user comes, font size, the appearance of the Portal, etc.;
- "Advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.

- The user should be aware that disabling cookies may affect the way the website is displayed in the browser. Failure to change the cookie settings means that they will be stored in the user's end device, and thus the Operator can access them.

- This Privacy Policy applies from May 25, 2018.
- The Operator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. Its uniform text will be available on the Portal's home page in the "privacy policy" tab.
